Swap face and logo graphic design

Looking for someone to make a few edits to this picture. This includes changing the face of the man to a different face of another image I have. I also want to change some of the colors of the equipment. In addition to this, I need someone to create a similar design as this but instead a winter design. For example, a man sitting in a similar manner on a snowblower holding shovels.
