JR Graphic Designer

FLASH is looking for a motivated, analytical, and effective candidate to join our warehouse team as a Jr. Graphic Designer.

The Jr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for working with large format graphics printing equipment , printing and ripping software, and Adobe Illustrator. Additionally, the Jr. Graphic Designer will be working in a fast-paced and customer facing role responsible for driving the projects to completion.

A candidate will be successful in this role if they are creative, have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and takes initiative under pressure. Technically creative individuals with a strong work ethic will bring a level of drive to the team that will benefit both the organization and our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• • Assist in creating custom wrap designs for all FLASH products and custom signage for FLASH.
  • Create a variety of digital and printed images, logos, and illustrations through Adobe Illustrator to the customer’s needs and specifications.
  • Support various marketing initiatives and client campaigns.
  • Exceed client expectations.
  • Adhere to project deadlines.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders the reasoning behind design choices.

What You Have:

• • Exceptional multi-level communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fundamentally and technically competent in Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Technical skill in printing/ripping software.
  • An inclination of creative flair.
  • Drive to take initiative and work well under tight deadlines.
  • 2+ years experience in large format printing is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in graphic design strongly preferred.
